Andy joins ATA Search with a unique blend of technical, commercial and executive search expertise. Beginning his career as a trained engineer in the aerospace sector, he brings first-hand industry knowledge that underpins his understanding of complex technical environments. He later moved into international sales and product management, where he spent several years delivering bespoke special purpose machinery solutions across a range of global manufacturing sectors.
Building on this foundation, Andy transitioned into Technology and Engineering Executive Search, where he has successfully led and delivered senior level appointments for clients across Europe, the Middle East and North America. His global perspective and sector insight further strengthen ATA Search’s ability to support businesses operating in increasingly competitive and international markets.
As a Certified Behavioural Interview practitioner and licensed user of multiple profiling and assessment methodologies, Andy is recognised for his rigorous and process driven approach. He has developed a highly detailed search and selection methodology, designed to deliver deep market insight alongside robust candidate assessment, ensuring clients secure the right leadership talent to drive long term success.
