​Andy’s career began as a trained engineer working in the aerospace sector. He later diversified into international sales and product management, spending a significant period promoting bespoke special-purpose machinery solutions across a range of manufacturing sectors before pivoting again into Technology & Engineering Executive Search.

Andy has secured and delivered assignments for clients across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

As a CBI practitioner and a licensed practitioner for several key profiling and assessment methodologies, Andy is known for his attention to detail, thoroughness, and process-driven approach. He has developed an intuitive and extensive search and selection methodology designed to provide one of the most in‑depth research and screening provisions available in today’s executive search space.
